The main objective of the project will be to understand the patterns of forest evapotranspiration in view of the local water availability in different forest typologies, using machine learning techniques in satellite images for the State of São Paulo. In this project I will be responsible for developing a forest classification algorithm through remote sensing and machine learning that can be used for the entire region evaluated.
